Six of Pentacles, Medicine Woman Tarot

Theme: In the Service of Healing

I flipped the card in reversed, and I'm not sure how to perceive it.
Is it 'you better not try to heal', 'you will not succeed to bring healing', 'do not expect to see any immediate results'?
Or is it rather on the card level?

Card: Six of Stones
"Restore balance to your accounts"

Hence, 'focus on healing/service/others and don't try/expect to feel balanced/achieve personal balance at the moment'?

I think I need to stay very open, alert and receptive, although feeling a bit tired and "low on my inner accounts", today. And remember that it's not all about me. Nothing is.

"Even if you are not financially wealthy, you offer up your time, energy, love and support to those who are in need, knowing it will be appreciated. Giving of your time or your wisdom is often just as spiritually fulfilling as giving away money or gifts, and the intangible gift of your presence is received just as well, if not better. There may be times when you wonder if you can truly afford to give generously to others - and the wise advice of the Six of Pentacles is to trust that every contribution you make is valued and will come back to you threefold."
"The Six of Pentacles reversed can suggest that while you are giving to others freely, they are not giving back in return."
"Or you help someone out, but they fail to return the favour and show a lack of gratitude and appreciation. It's a one-way street, and you may feel as if they are taking advantage of you. [...]  Or, if you do decide to offer help again, suggest an alternative way to pay you back so there is still a healthy exchange of energy" (biddy)

I'm afraid the upcoming day will include a bit of "lack of appreciation" or "unhealthy exchange of energy", which I feel I better "endure in the name of healing" - and not get dragged down by my own feelings about it/emotional reactions (fears) to it.

Another day of potential growth coming up!
